Community Development Director Jerry Creel has announced plans to resume a host of public meetings with social distancing and gathering guidelines.
The meetings, set to take place in the auditorium at the Community Development Building on MLK Boulevard, include the Development Review Committee, which begins meetings this week; Community Court with its first session on June 10; Planning Commission meeting on June 18; and the Architectural and Historic Review Commission meeting, June 25.
Today’s Be Prepared report also includes the latest coronavirus case numbers reported by the Mississippi State Department of Health. Statewide, 173 new cases were reported and no new cases were reported in Harrison County.
