THE CITY OF BILOXI’ S TENNIS PROGRAM NOW OFFERS ADDITIONAL LESSONS

The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department, along with ACES Foundation, offers additional tennis lessons at Hiller Park, 380 Hiller Drive.

The tennis program, which offers lessons for individuals age 4 to 72 with beginning, intermediate and advanced skill levels, now offers Ladies Doubles Clinics, Free Play, and Junior Tennis Lessons.

Ladies Doubles Clinics are now offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The fee is $10 fee per student.

Free Play is offered Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with participants arriving by 8:15 a.m. Singles or doubles round Robins will be determined by the number of participants. No sign up or fee is required for Free Play.

Junior Tennis Lessons, available in four categories, are offered for ages 3 and above throughout the week. Tennis Tots, open to ages 3 to 8, is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and High School Players and Tournament Players is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Beginner Junior Tennis, for ages 8 and above, is offered every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Intermediate Junior Tennis Lessons, for ages 8 and above, is offered every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost for lessons is $12 per student per hour.

Each clinic or lesson must be scheduled in advance.
Clinic fees vary based on group enrollment. Private lessons will be conducted for $35 per hour.
