The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department will hold a Special Needs New Year’s Eve Celebration on Saturday, December 31 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Donal Snyder Community Center, 2520 Pass Road.
The New Year’s Eve Celebration is open to all children and adults with physical and mental challenges and their family and friends. The Celebration will be an evening filled with fun! Admission is free and festivities include door prizes, hors d’ oeuvres, and live music spun by a DJ. Security will also be provided during the Celebration.
