The Vieux Marche sections of Ohr Street and Howard Avenue, closed since the Tuesday night fire, have been re-opened to traffic.
The roads were re-opened at 11:15 this morning, after Public Works crews stabilized the walls of the fire-ravaged structure. City barricades surround the building to deter trespassers.
Fire Chief David Roberts said control of the site has been returned to the respective property owners, but the investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
