The Biloxi Planning Commission on Thursday voted to recommend approval of the Hidden Springs development in Woolmarket, setting the stage for the issue to come before the City Council on Feb. 1.
Hidden Springs, which commissioners passed by a 9-2 vote,was reduced from 420 single-family Lots to 411, with all of the perimeter lots on the east, west and south
boundaries being increased in size to fully comply with the existing Residential Estate
Restricted, or RER, zoning.
