The Biloxi Planning Commission, which had originally planned to meet at the Biloxi Community Center this afternoon, will meet at its usual location, the auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Municipal Building, on MLK Boulevard, at its usual time, 2 p.m.
