NTSB to release bus-train collision findings

The National Transportation Safety Board, during a board meeting this morning at 8:30, will release its findings on the probable cause of the March 2017 collision of an ECHO Transportation motorcoach and a CSX freight train at the Main Street rail crossing in Biloxi.

Four of the 49 motorcoach passengers were killed in the crash, which occurred on March 7, 2017. The driver and 37 passengers were injured.

The board meeting will be conducted in the NTSB Boardroom and Conference Center, L’Enfant Plaza, Washington, DC.
