Biloxi Municipal Court, which has been suspended through March 27, has now postponed in-court appearances through April 10.
An administrative order has been issued to extend the court closure, but judges may still make case-by-case exceptions and consider motions when reviewing or considering trials, after consulting with all parties or their counsel of record.
The Municipal Court Clerk office will remain open to business by mail, telephone, fax or email.
Fines may be paid online at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/biloxims, or mailed to the attention of the Biloxi Municipal Court at 170 Porter Ave., Biloxi MS 39530.
