The Biloxi Police Department, which raises money throughout the year for Special Olympics Mississippi and the Law Enforcement Torch Run, will hold a fish fry on Friday, March 31, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lopez-Quave Public Safety Center.
On the menu will be fish or hamburger plates, which include potato salad and baked beans. Price is $8 a plate.
Those interested can dine in or pick up orders by calling 435-6112. Delivery is available for orders of two or more plates.
For years, the Biloxi Police Department has supported the annual Mississippi Special Olympics State Games at Keesler Air Force Base and has coordinated a Law Enforcement Torch Run, which see law enforcement agencies carry the Special Olympics torch from the north border of the state and arrive at Keesler Air Force Base in time to kick off the Summer Games.
