Bill Reed, director of the National Hurricane Center, has accepted an invitation to speak to a Biloxi luncheon to mark the 40th anniversary of Hurricane Camille.
The luncheon will be Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at the Biloxi Community Center on Howard Avenue.
