Mayor A.J. Holloway told a Biloxi Chamber of Commerce audience this morning that he’s seeing some encouraging signs in the local economy, “but we still have some rough times ahead.”
Holloway updated numerous projects during a “Breakfast with the Mayor” gathering at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
