Mayor Andrew “FoFo” Gilich is scheduled to undergo an elective heart valve procedure at the DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center at Houston Methodist Hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Dr. Bassam Baroudi has been the Mayor’s cardiologist for almost ten years.
“I’m pleased Mayor Gilich is having this procedure now because he is in excellent health,” said Dr. Baroudi. “The Mayor should be back to his normal day-to-day activities in a matter of weeks.”
