The Biloxi Blessing of the Fleet is accepting Shrimp Queen applications through Wednesday, May 4.
To qualify for the pageant, part of the Blessing weekend June 3-5, applicants must be 16 to 19 years old and must have ties to the shrimping industry in Biloxi.
The 2011 Queen will win a $1,000.00 scholarship to the school of her choice.
