Mayor A.J. Holloway has called a special meeting of the Biloxi City Council for 10 o’clock Friday morning to discuss funding sources and projected costs of construction for the proposed Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum, and the proposed waterfront park, two Point Cadet projects.
The meeting will be at City Hall and is open to the public.
