Council meeting moved to MLK building

The Biloxi City Council meeting scheduled for tonight at 6 at City Hall will instead be in the auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Municipal Building on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The 6 p.m. meeting and a 5:30 p.m. meeting regarding the Beau View condominium project are being moved to the MLK building because the City Council chambers at City Hall sustained water damage over the weekend.

The MLK building, which also houses the city’s Community Development Department, is two blocks northeast of City Hall, at 676 MLK Blvd.
