The Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department will hold registration for Biloxi Little League Baseball and Biloxi Girls Softball on Saturday, Feb. 9 and Saturday, Feb. 16 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Donal Snyder Community Center, 2520 Pass Road.
The Biloxi Little League Baseball is open to boys ages 5 to 16 whose birthdate falls before April 30, 2008.
Girls Softball is open to girls ages 5 to 16 whose birth date falls before Jan. 1, 2008.
Both sports are free for Biloxi residents and $50 for non-Biloxi residents. Proof of residency and birth certificate are required at time of registration.

Snyder pool to close early Feb. 18-20
The swimming pool at the Donal Snyder Sr. Community Center will close at 6 p.m. on Feb. 18-20 to allow the Biloxi Elite Swim Team to practice.
The swim team, which usually practices weekdays at the Biloxi Natatorium, is preparing for the Short Course State Championship meet in Laurel on Feb. 22 through 24.
