Need to report an issue: Biloxi residents seeking to report an issue, such as a pothole or a light out, should reach out to the Biloxi Citizens Service Representative, Craig Ross, by emailing cross@biloxi.ms.us or by calling 228-435-6271 during weekdays.

Be prepared: Even though hurricane season ends in November, residents still need to have a plan. Prepare emergency kits, review evacuation plans, plan for pets, and communicate with family.  Visit the Storm & Flood page online for help with a plan. Click here.
