Bicentennial Park is a city-managed area located at 141 Lameuse St. directly across from the historic Biloxi City Hall building.
The park features a wide patio area adjacent to the street, a shaded grove with Live Oak trees, and a large open lawn. A historical time capsule was placed under the flagpole base in 1976, commemorating America’s 200th anniversary. It serves as a local, accessible green space often used for community purposes and public gatherings.
