The coronavirus numbers continue to provide a mixed bag statewide and locally, but the magic number for the city is more than four dozen.
Biloxi Engineering Director Christy LeBatard appears on today’s Be Prepared video to give a progress report on more than 50 public improvement projects across the city.
Also reported today are the latest coronavirus numbers from the Mississippi State Department of Health:
In the past 24 hours, 246 new cases of the coronavirus were diagnosed throughout the state with 11 new deaths. Harrison County reported three new cases, Jackson County reported four new cases, and Hancock County reported one new case. No new deaths were reported in the three Coastal counties, and only about a half-dozen people are being treated for the coronavirus in Coast hospitals.
