The City of Biloxi employs a number of traffic plans for special events to help ensure traffic does not impede response times for emergency vehicles and that traffic moves safely and efficiently.
The traffic plans vary from event to event, and from year to year, depending on the location of the event; and the size of the expected crowd, which is usually based on past responses. The traffic plans also include a code of conduct for those attending events. The code of conduct is essentially the same for all events.
Here is a look at the city’s traffic plans, which are subject to change from year to year.
