The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department holds its annual Black History Month Program on Tuesday, February 22 at 6 p.m. The Program will be at the Frank Gruich Community Center (formerly known as the Biloxi Community Center) which is located at 591 Howard Avenue.
The public is invited to join the City of Biloxi for an evening of diverse festivities through the celebration of the history and contributions of African Americans to the American life. This free event will include speakers, dance groups, food, and fellowship.
The Black History Month Program is a City of Biloxi event and is co-sponsored by the Beau Rivage Diversity Team.
