Shuckers, BayBears homestand and promotions begin Sunday

As the calendar turns to July, the Biloxi Shuckers return to MGM Park for a four-game series against the Mobile BayBears from June 30 to July 3. The homestand will include an Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza, another T-Shirt Tuesday and a late afternoon start time on Sunday.

Salute Sunday presented by Keelser Federal Credit Union: Sunday, June 30 at 4:35 p.m.

Biloxi starts the homestand with a late afternoon game against the Mobile BayBears. Active and retired military personnel can purchase $8 Reserved Level tickets and $10 Dugout Box ticket with a valid military ID. Arrive early for pregame player autographs from 3:45 to 4:15 p.m. presented by Allegiant Air and bring a glove and ball for postgame catch on the field!

Fans can purchase Family Four Packs for Sunday, which include four Reserved Level tickets, four hot dogs, four chips and four drinks for $60. Gates open at 3:30 p.m. for a 4:35 p.m. first pitch.

Barks & Brews Monday presented by Raising Cane’s and F.E.B. Distributing: Monday, July 1 at 6:35 p.m.

The start of the work week got easier with a great beer special and dogs at the ballpark on Barks & Brews Monday. Receive $3 craft beer refills with the purchase of a Shuckers Monday Mug (20 oz.), which includes your first beer, for just $10 at the Buena Vista Beer Garden. Taps include Lazy Magnolia, Biloxi Brewing, Parish Brewing and more.

Dogs are not just welcome, they’re encouraged on Mondays. Purchase a $7 berm ticket to take in the game with your pup. Arrive early to participate in our pregame dog parade on the warning track at 6:05 p.m. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for a 6:35 p.m. first pitch.

Take in the Shuckers Tuesday night matchup with Mobile from the Beer Garden Bullpen seats, located at the top of Section 114 right in front of the Buena Vista Beer Garden. Tickets to the Beer Garden Bullpen seats are $15 and include three, 4 oz. samples of select craft beers from the Beer Garden.

Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza presented by Merit Health Biloxi: Wednesday, July 3 at 6:35 p.m.

Kick off your Independence Day celebration early with the Shuckers! Biloxi finishes their four-game set against the BayBears with the longest fireworks show of the season, set to Patriotic music. Stars and striped themed gear will be available for purchase at the Shuckers Shop throughout the night. News & notes: Weekend preview, splash pad, city council

Weekend preview: Tours continue on the Biloxi Shrimping Trip, cruises sail on the Betsy Ann Riverboat and Ship Island Excursion, and The Pride celebration, hosted by the Gulf Coast Association of Pride, takes place at the Point Cadet Plaza. Point Cadet splash pad: The splash pad at the Point Cadet Plaza has reopened to the public. It closed on Thursday for worked in the area on the new boardwalk. The splash pad is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
