This week in economic development, we received the final site information for Sal & Mookie’s Restaurant. The actual building permit should be issued in the next few days. Construction crews at the Reef Restaurant are working diligently to finish and open before “Cruisin’ the Coast” begins this week. The new location for Goodwill on Pass Road is also scheduled to be completed this week. Construction on the new Baseball Stadium, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Thomas Genin Restaurant, Arbor Landing Apartments and a number of other projects continue to move forward. Also this week, building permits were issued for 8 new single family houses.
