The Biloxi Planning Commission meeting originally scheduled for this afternoon has been canceled. The Planning Commission will next meet on June 11 at 2 p.m.
”It’s not that we don’t have cases,” Community Development Director Jerry Creel said, “but we had scheduled a presentation from Wallace, Roberts and Todd, our comprehensive plan team, and we decided that since they would be here in three weeks anyway that we’d just wait until then for the presentation.”
Creel said a copy of the city’s comprehensive plan would be available for Planning Commission staff review shortly, and a schedule of public presentation meetings is in the works.
