The Biloxi Planning Commission, acting on a directive from the Biloxi City Council, will hear public comments Thursday on the possible re-zoning of 81 acres of east beach property to allow casino gaming.
The hearing, which will be conducted at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Municipal Building on MLK Boulevard, will begin at 2 p.m.
The 81 acres would include the area along Beach Boulevard between Kuhn and Dukate streets and stretching as far north as Howard Avenue.
