Here are photos from the Aug. 15, 2013 ceremony where the city and Biloxi Businessmen’s Club honored former city employee Jerry Burdine, the man who used scrap wood to rebuild the Hiller Park gazebo after Hurricane Camille. Councilmember Dixie Newman hosted the ceremony, which was held on Burdine’s birthday.
