Here are photos from the Children’s Mardi Gras Walking Parade, which was conducted Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, but was moved indoors, to the Dr. Frank G. Gruich Community Center, to avoid inclement weather. Dozens of children paraded inside the Howard Avenue center and took part in a costume contest. Photos by Michelle Wescovich.
