Here are images from the City Council meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013. The meeting included Municipal Court Judge Eugene Henry administering the oaths of office to Ward 5 Councilmember Arlene Wall, Municipal Clerk Stacy Thacker, and Deputy Municipal Clerks Michelle Wescovich and David Nichols, the city’s CAO.
