Here are photographs from a tour of the Kroc Center that Salvation Army leaders gave Mayor Holloway and members of the City Council. Architect Frank Genzer showed the guests an overview of the site, and he and Salvation Army leaders led the tour, which included a tour of planned fitness centers, the performing arts center and ended with the water park, which is at the western end of the huge facility.
