The Charles R. Hegwood Biloxi Farmers Market operates each Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6 a.m. in downtown Biloxi. Dozens of vendors — selling fresh vegetables, flowers and shrubs, and homemade jams and jellies — are normally at the market, which operates on Howard Avenue, under the cover of the I-110 overpass.
