Dozens of children took part in the costume contest during Halloween on the Green, an event sponsored by the city and Main Street Biloxi on Saturday, Oct. 25. The winners were:
Age group 4 and under: Jayln Mason, Olivia Necase and Jagger Mason.
Age group 5 to 8: Jay Bebe, Brent Mallett and Chandler Balint
Age group 9 to 12: Drew Garner, Clair Foster and Blake Miller.
