Next playoff game will be Indians’ last home football game; other news and notes

Seats for the Biloxi Indians’ second-round playoffs game, which will mark the team’s last home game of the year, go on sale this afternoon.

Tickets will be available at the athletics office at the stadium on the high school campus, and at the main office at Biloxi Junior High School.

Biloxi, which beat Hattisburg 31-6 Friday, will now host Petal on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Biloxi campus.

The general admission tickets are $7 each. Playoff games do not recognize season tickets, Big Red passes, or student or faculty IDs.

Winner of the Biloxi-Petal game will travel to play at the winner of the Brandon-Meridian game, which is also being played on Friday.

Said Athletic Director Tom Gladney: “We want everyone to help spread the word so we can have a great crowd on Friday night, especially since we know it will be the last home game of the year.”
