Municipal court closures now extended to May

The Biloxi Municipal Court will not be in session for the month of April.

The latest extension is effective through May 1 and is based on the continued risk and increased cases of the coronavirus.

An administrative order has been issued to extend the court closure, but judges may still make case-by-case exceptions and consider motions when reviewing or considering trials, after consulting with all parties or their counsel of record.

The Municipal Court Clerk office will remain open to business by mail, telephone, fax or email.

Fines may be paid online at  www.municipalonlinepayments.com/biloxims, or mailed to the attention of the Biloxi Municipal Court at 170 Porter Ave., Biloxi MS 39530.
