Municipal Court cancels sessions for two weeks

Biloxi Municipal Court will not be in session this week, however, the court itself remains open for those scheduled to make payments or perform court-appointed work.

An administrative order issued by the court today continues all cases for at least two weeks, through 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27.

The order also notes that judges may make case-by-case exceptions and consider motions when reviewing or considering trials, after consulting with all parties or their counsel of record.
