Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of park and recreation buildings, grounds, open spaces and parks. Operates tractors, mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, trucks, team cleaners, buffers, washers, and other listed equipment as needed. Maintains current skills and knowledge in the proper and safe techniques of building and grounds maintenance functions.
Education & Experience:
Desired minimum qualifications; graduation from high school or GED equivalent, two years’ experience in repair and maintenance work, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Must have a valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
