Southbound traffic on I-110 will have to exit at Division Street beginning at 11:30 this morning as Biloxi Police enter the next phase of their Mardi Gras traffic plan.
In addition, many downtown streets will be closed to traffic in preparation for the Gulf Coast Carnival Association parade, which begins rolling at 1 p.m. U.S. 90 will also transition to two-way traffic, with all traffic on the southernmost lanes south of downtown areas.
The 2.7-mile route begins on Main at MLK, south to U.S. 90, west to Lameuse, north to MLK, around MLK to Reynoir, south to U.S. 90, west to Porter, north to Howard Avenue and east to Caillavet, where the parade officially ends.
