The Ports and Harabors Administration Building, located in the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The facility includes showers, restrooms and a laundry facility on the second floor and Port Administration offices on the third floor.

 

FACILITIES

All docks and harbors are open 24 hours.

The Port Administrative offices, which are located at the Small Craft Harbor, are open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Commercial Docking Facility

The Commercial Docking Facility provides berthing space for the local shrimping and oyster fleet. During the shrimp season, some boats sell their “fresh catch” at the docks to the public.

Coliseum Pier 
Across from Mississippi Coast Coliseum on Beach Boulevard

The Coliseum Pier is located directly across from the Coliseum on U.S. Hwy. 90 (Beach Boulevard). Formerly known as the West Biloxi Pier, the Coliseum Pier is 894’ long making it the longest coastal pier in Harrison County. There is a public restroom facility on the beach directly next to the pier. 

 


Forrest Avenue Pier & Boat Launching Ramp 
Located off Bayview Avenue

The Forrest Avenue Pier and Boat Ramp is located at Forrest Avenue and Bayview Avenue. The pier is 400’ long and is located on the Back Bay of Biloxi. 

There is a boat trailer parking lot located directly across from the boat ramp.


Hiller Park Boat Launch
Located in Hiller Park off Pass Road

Located in Hiller Park, the Hiller Park Boat Ramp was recently rebuilt. It provides quick access to the Biloxi Bay. There is a large parking lot on site with ample trailer parking.

The launch includes two finger piers. 


Kuhn Street Boat Launching Ramp
Kuhn St. at US Hwy 90

Located on Beach Boulevard and Kuhn Street, the Kuhn Street Boat Ramp was rebuilt in 2012 and has close access to the barrier islands.

There is a public parking lot with ample trailer parking. 


Lee Street Boat Launching Ramp
Lee Street at Bayview

The Lee Street Boat Ramp is located within the Sherman V. Canaan Back Bay Fishing Dock at Bayview Avenue and Lee Street. It provides quick access to the Back Bay of Biloxi. 


Lighthouse Pier (Formerly known as Porter Avenue South Pier)
Porter Ave. at US Hwy. 90 (1051 Beach Blvd.)

Public pier (Currently closed. To be rebuilt.)


Oak Street North Pier
Oak Street and Bayview Avenue

Oak Street North Pier was formerly home to the Bureau of Marine Resources. It is located at Oak Street and Bayview Avenue. It is directly on the Back Bay of Biloxi.


Oak Street South Pier
Oak Street and Beach Boulevard, next to the Blind Tiger Biloxi Beach Restuarant 

The Oak Street South Pier is located at U.S. Highway 90 and Oak Street directly next to The Blind Tiger Restaurant.


Old Biloxi/Ocean Springs Fishing Bridge
Howard Avenue, east of the Palace Casino

The Old Biloxi/Ocean Springs Fishing Bridge is a drive-on fishing pier that is 4,700 feet long and features two lanes of traffic and wide sidewalks. The fishing bridge is ADA Accessible and has portable restrooms for public use.


Old Ice Wharf
Parker Street on Bayview Avenue

Located in between the Imperial Palace Casino and Boomtown Casino, this 300’ pier was historically known to provide ice to the schooners before they went on trips. There is a pavilion at the end of the pier and a public parking lot adjacent to the pier. 


Parker’s Creek Boat Launch
Parker’s Creek (Off Woolmarket Exit)

Located on East Oaklawn Road (Exit 41), this boat launch is ideal for smaller boats and has ample trailer parking. Located on Parker’s Creek, the boat launch is minutes away from the Biloxi River.


Point Cadet Marina

The Point Cadet Marina is the largest marina in Biloxi. It is located on the East point of Biloxi. The harbor features 29 new floating docks with full-length finger piers and in-slip pump-out stations as well as 212 fixed docks which can accommodate boats from 25’ to 100’ and transient vessels up to 135’.

Point Cadet Marina is home to many inshore and offshore fishing charters, boat rentals, and boat tours. The Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic, Kingmaster Biloxi, Kingfish “Meat Mayhem” Tournament, and Southern Kingfish Association tournaments are hosted throughout the year at Point Cadet Marina.

Popp’s Ferry Causewary Park and Boat Ramp
On the Tchoutacabouffa River at Popp’s Ferry Road

Popp’s Ferry Causeway includes a boardwalk and opportunities for walking, cycling, and jogging. Popp’s Ferry Causeway Park has a boat ramp with trailer parking as well as several areas to access the water to fish. Located on site is Yul’s Place Restaurant, are floating docks which include waterside access to the restaurant.


Porter Avenue North Pier
Porter Avenue and Bayveiw Avenue
Located at Porter Avenue and Bayview Avenue. This 105’ pier features a pavilion at the end for great fishing.


Sherman Canaan Back Bay Fishing Docks (formerly named the Lighthouse Fishing Docks)

Formerly named Lighthouse Fishing Dock, the Sherman V. Canaan Back Bay Fishing Docks is a docking facility that provides berthing space for the local and regional shrimping fleet on the Back Bay of Biloxi.

Small Craft Harbor and Boat Ramp

The Biloxi Small Craft Harbor is conveniently located in downtown “Ole Biloxi”. The building was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and rebuilt in August 2010. Located on site is McElroy’s Harbor House Seafood Restaurant which opened in 1974. The harbor is home to local charter fishermen and boat tours. There is a boat ramp with trailer parking available for public use.
