The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Halloween on the Green on Saturday, October 23 beginning at 5 p.m. This event is open to children age 10 and under.
The Town Green, located between Lameuse and Main Street, will be filled with ghosts and goblins having a spooktacular good time.
Space walks, carnival games, and treat or treating will be conducted between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Contest games will begin at 6 p.m. The games include an egg hunt for ages 3 to 5, broom stick race for ages 6 to 8, sack race for ages 9 to 10, and a pumpkin race for ages 11 to 12. A costume contest will follow the games. In addition, the Biloxi Main Street District Drive-In Movie, “Beetlejuice” will begin at dusk.
Security will be provided during the event. This event is co-sponsored by the Biloxi Main Street District and the Beau Rivage.
