Mayor Andrew “FoFo” Gilich has called a special meeting of the Biloxi City Council for Tuesday at 11 a.m. to discuss a number of long-range and big-ticket items.
The meeting, which will be held at City Hall, is open to the public.
Among the issues Gilich plans to discuss are strategic planning for capital improvement projects, policies and planning for tax abatements, municipal water rates, and a status report on the initiative to help deliver ultra-high speed Internet service to the area.
