Memorial Physician Clinic will hold a drive-up coronavirus testing on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Woolmarket Civic Center off Old Woolmarket Road.
The testing is open to those who have COVID- or flu-like symptoms such as body aches, fever, coughing, sneezing, chills, or shortness of breath. Face coverings are required and those being tested are asked to remain in their vehicle.
Any one needing a mask may stop by the Biloxi Visitors Center at 1050 Beach Blvd. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

News & notes: Football/cheer, smoke testing
Football and cheerleading: The Biloxi Parks & Recreation Department has decided to cancel its 2020 youth football and cheerleading season because of the coronavirus. For more information, call the department at 228-388-7170.
Smoke testing: On Thursday, the city will begin pumping smoke into sewer lines along Jim Byrd Road and Shriners Boulevard from Woolmarket Road north to Beverin Road. The work is expected to take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the next three consecutive Thursdays: July 30, Aug. 6 and 13.
