In a week abbreviated by Mardi Gras, we received building plans for six new houses, and for the New Parrish Life Center for St. Michael’s Church at 177 First Street.
On Thursday, the Biloxi Planning Commission reviewed and approved an application from the Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission to vacate a section of Oakwood Drive. The Planning Commission recommendation will now go before the City Council for final consideration.
