COVID-19 cases continue downward trend

The number of reported new cases of the coronavirus continues to trend downward, averaging 15.43 each day in Harrison County.

News & notes: Weekly reports, council, auction

Council: The Biloxi City Council meets Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 at City Hall. Among the issues on the council’s agenda: property owners asking the city to rezone about six acres of land on Oak Street and an agreement that would see a restaurant locate on the ground floor of the old Biloxi Public Library on Lameuse Street, below the beignet shop. Auction: The city cleared more than $100,000 from its public auction of surplus and seized assets on Saturday. More than 700 people attended the event.
