Council to resume budget talks, discuss re-zoning

Members of the Biloxi City Council will resume budget talks with Mayor A.J. Holloway during a 9 a.m. meeting on Tuesday, and council members will conduct their regularly scheduled meeting at 1:30 p.m.

Both meetings will be at City Hall and are open to the public.

Among the issues on the afternoon agenda: possible zoning changes to two beachfront areas, the Seashore Manor site and 80 acres of land in east Biloxi, between Dukate and Kuhn streets. The issues had their first reading during a special meeting this week.
