The Biloxi City Council will discuss the municipal budget for FY 2010 during a meeting Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. before gathering for a regularly scheduled meeting at 1:30 p.m.
During the morning session, councilmembers are expected to discuss water and sewer rates, capital projects and Port Division operations.
The agenda for the afternoon meeting includes several appointments to the Planning and Civil Service commissions, which councilmembers had tabled in October 2008.
