The meetings, which will feature a brief presentation and discussion, will be:

— Monday, Dec. 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the Biloxi Community Center, Howard Avenue.

— Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 5:30 p.m. Donal Snyder Community Center, Pass Road.

— Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 8 a.m. Margaret Sherry Memorial Library,
