Willie Washington has been named the inaugural Public Works Employee of the Month in a program where fellow employees vote for the employee that best represents the City of Biloxi’s Public Works Department.
Willie has been employed with the city’s Public Works Department since June 1996. He is a valued member of the Janitorial Crew. He is married to Fran Washington with two children and one grandchild.
