The City of Biloxi Aquatic Division will hold its fall swim lesson registration for Biloxi residents, on Friday, August 29 from 4 to 8 p.m. and for non-Biloxi residents on Saturday, August 30 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Biloxi Community Center, 591 Howard Avenue.
Classes will begin Monday, September 8 with different sessions held throughout the fall. All classes will end on Thursday, November 13.
The fall session will consist of four types of classes for different ages:
IPAP –beginner classes for children 6 months of age to 4 years old. An adult must accompany each child in the water during this class.
Level I & II – beginner classes for children ages 4 and up
Level III & IV – intermediate classes for children
Adult classes – for adults of all ages
All classes are taught by certificated American Red Cross instructors.
Late registration will begin on Monday, September 1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Biloxi Natatorium and will continue weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the fall until all classes are full.
The cost for the two week session is $30 for each Biloxi resident and $40 for each non-Biloxi resident. Registration must be done in person.
