The explorer Pierre Le Moyne d’Iberville sets foot on the Biloxi shoreline moments from now, just as he did 320 years ago on this date, Feb. 13, 1699, and a few of our friends have a greeting for him and our city.
The party begins at 3 p.m. and continues throughout the afternoon with a downtown street party.
