In the wake of the Biloxi Shuckers’ fifth season at MGM Park, taking place in April, the team has opened up individual ticket sales and announced its 2019 promotional schedule.
Tickets for all 70 Biloxi Shuckers home games, the 2019 Southern League All-Star Game and the 2019 Southern League Home Run Derby are now on sale to the general public. They may be purchased online at ticketmaster.com, over the phone by calling 1-800-745-3000 or at the MGM Park box office weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets start as low as $7 and fans can save $2 on tickets by purchasing them prior to the day of the game.
New for the 2019 season, MGM Park will feature the Beer Garden Bullpen Seats located at the top of Section 114. Situated just steps from the Buena Vista Beer Garden, tickets for the Beer Garden Bullpen Seats are $15 and include a draft choice trio of craft beers.
As for the promotions, Shuckers will be bringing back some of the fan favorite daily promotions as well as adding a few new daily deals. Here is the daily line up.
—Barks and Brews Mondays: Shuckers fans can bring their dog to the ballpark and enjoy discounted beer presented by FEB Distributing. A $10 souvenir mug will be available for purchase at the Buena Vista Beer Garden and can be brought back to the beer garden for $3 refills throughout the night.
—T-shirt Tuesdays: The first 250 fans will receive a special t-shirt with nine different giveaways throughout the year.
— One Coast Wednesdays: Brings a Gulf Coast flair to the games and features Biloxi Night on July 31.
—Double Play Thursdays: Back again this year, specials presented by Polk’s Meat Products, Yuengling, Coca-Cola and Kicker 108 with $2 hot dogs, $2 Yuengling, $2 sodas and $3 beer specials.
—Fireworks Fridays: Fireworks will be set to different themes throughout the year.
—Shuck Yeah Saturdays: A night of giveaways and special appearances will be featured.
—Salute Sundays: Presented by Keesler Federal Credit Union, and includes discounted military tickets, special military jerseys, pregame autographs and postgame catch on the field.
Game one kicks off on April 4 at 6:35 p.m. when the Biloxi Shuckers take on the Birmingham Barons at MGM Park.

Council meetings: The Biloxi City Council will have two meetings on Tuesday: a 4 p.m. gathering to hear about a downtown housing initiative and the regularly scheduled first-Tuesday-of-the-month meeting at 6 p.m., which was postponed a week because of the Mardi Gras holiday.
