The City of Biloxi is looking for youngsters ages 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 who can run the fastest, jump the longest and throw the farthest to take part in the Hershey Track & Field Meet Thursday at 6 p.m. at Yankie Stadium.
First-place finishers will advance to the state meet on June 15 at Gulfport.
Register at Hiller Park today through Thursday or at the site from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Events include: 50-, 100- 200-, 400- and 800-meter dashes; 1600-meter run; 4×100-meter relay; standing long jump; and softball throw.
